Tony Bingham chosen for expert panel at Ridgemont's adjudication conference

3PB (3 Paper Buildings) construction adjudicator and arbitrator Tony Bingham is one on the expert panel at construction and real estate lawyers Ridgemont's adjudication conference on 18 September 2024 in Holborn, London.
Thirty years on from the Latham Report, this conference will explore the successes and downsides of the construction sector’s most popular alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
Tony is joined by Justin Sullivan (President Elect RICS, CEO Adair Ltd ), Ian Burnell (Head of Commercial, UK Power Networks) and Tim Seal (Head of Construction, Ridgemont) and the panel will be chaired by Anneliese Day KC.
The conference will be followed up with a White Paper recommending reforms arising out of the debate and is sponsored by Brickflow, J3 Advisory, Moore Kingston Smith and Sectorlight.
