Claire joined 3PB in the newly created role of Head of People, highlighting the value chambers places on the development of it’s people.

With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Claire has a worked in the charity, logistics, and warehousing sectors. She has worked with a variety of clients including large retailers, the defence sector, the NHS and the energy sector. Claire has successfully delivered change management programs and startups, implemented HR strategies and championed colleague engagement and wellbeing.

Claire is CIPD qualified and holds a master’s degree in human resource management. She has a keen interest in talent development and employee engagement, continuously striving to enhance workplace culture and drive organisational success.
