Rachel Bale will be hosting the Her Conference 2025

3PB Barristers’ specialist property, chancery and financial remedy barrister Rachel Bale will be hosting at the Her Bar Conference 2025 on Saturday 17th May.
Her Bar was founded in 2021 by Rachel during her pupillage at 3PB, alongside Nasreen Shah of Great James Street Chambers. Her Bar is an online platform dedicated to creating a network for aspiring and practising women barristers, offering support, guidance and community at all points of their careers. Her Bar creates bespoke events tailored to the needs of women barristers.
The conference will include topics designed to address the specific needs and aspirations of women barristers such as gender pay gap, tackling bullying and harassment at the bar, successful career breaks, becoming a KC, becoming a judge, building your brand as a barrister and a pupillage workshop.
The first step in addressing system issues is identifying them and their impact. The Her Bar Inaugural Conference 2025, scheduled for Saturday, 17 May 2025, presents a unique opportunity to address these issues head-on. This full-day event is tailored specifically for women in law, offering a platform for empowerment, professional development, and meaningful connections.
