3PB's matrimonial finances and family trusts barrister Rachel BaleRachel BaleCall: 2019 will be speaking at the Oxford Family Law Seminar 2025 about the role of conduct in financial proceedings. Organised by the Oxford judiciary and Oxfordshire Resolution, this event will see Rachel debating legal guidance and advice on topical family law subjects, alongside other experts.

The seminar will be taking place at Oxford Combined Court Centre in St Aldates, Oxford on Wednesday 5th March 2025 from 2pm. All profits raised from the afternoon will be donated to Cowley Contact Centre, an accredited Child Contact Centre that has been in operation for nearly 15 years. Rachel is joined by Jude Eyre from Nuffield Family Justice Observatory who will be discussing the Pathfinder Project in private children proceedings and Bianca Jackson from Coram Chambers presenting on transgender issues in family law.

Rachel Bale was called to the Bar in 2019 and is a fierce and trusted family barrister and trusts expert who often appears in cases well beyond her year of call.
