3PB’s specialist intellectual property barrister Mark Wilden acted for the successful claimant, JJH Enterprises (trading as ValueLicensing), in a claim before the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) in a case involving the legality of selling pre-owned Microsoft Office and Windows software.
