Oliver Ingham shortlisted at High Net Worth Awards

The annual awards celebrate the legal firms and individuals who have led in serving high net worth clients in achievements such as legal work and expertise, strategic growth and innovation and excellence in client service.

Oliver Ingham is a specialist traditional and commercial chancery barrister, regularly appearing for clients in the Chancery and Family Division of the High Court, particularly in cases involving the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 “The 1975 Act”.

Oliver is among those ranked in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide for his work in chancery, described as "passionate and tenacious without losing sight of the big picture and very engaging to the tribunal." Oliver appeared throughout the recent Inheritance Act case of Hirachand v Hirachand, including in the Supreme Court, as well as in the case of Kaur v Estate of Karnail Singh and others.
