This quarter, our team has acted in two reported cases, both involving Dorian Day. The first is Local Authority -v- Mother (1) Father (2) Lucy (By Her Children’s Guardian) and Belinda [2020] EWHC 2801 (Fam), a complex case considering where Lucy should be placed following on from a lengthy and difficult finding of fact hearing.
