3PB commercial barrister Mariya Peykova reviews the recent case DHL Project & Chartering Ltd v Gemini Ocean Shipping Co Ltd [2022] EWCA Civ 1555 in relation to arbitration agreements, and the limited scope of the separability principle. Yesterday, 17th January 2023, Senior Coroner Ian Arrow, sitting with a jury, started a series of inquests into the death of the victims of the 2021 Keyham/Plymouth shootings.
