• The Tenant Fees Act 2019 to be discussed at 3PB seminar on 15 May

      On 11th April 2019, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 (Commencement No.3) Regulations 2019 were issued. Louise Worton will be discussing this Act, together with the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018, at a seminar on 15th May 2019 in Birmingham. Joshua Dubin will be addressing Adverse Possession in the FTT.
