Naomi Webber appointed to Attorney General's C Panel

Chambers is delighted to announce that Naomi Webber has been appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel (London) for a period of five years, commencing on Sunday 1st September 2024. She joins seven other 3PB barristers on the Attorney General’s (AG’s) panel of counsel including A Panel members of William Hansen, Richard Wheeler and Mark Green.
Naomi is now one of 19 3PB barristers on the Attorney General's London and Regional Panels and undertaking "Junior Junior" work. The Attorney General’s Panels consists of counsel who undertake civil and EU work for all government departments and is administered by the Government Legal Department (GLD). The 3PB members on the Civil Law panels are:
London A Panel: William Hansen, Richard Wheeler, Mark Green
London B Panel: Caroline Stone
London C Panel: Tom O'Donohoe, Naomi Webber
Regional Panel B: Simon Tibbitts, Paul Joseph
Regional Panel C: Matthew Wyard
Naomi Webber, pictured here, joined 3PB following the completion of her pupillage in October 2019 and has since developed a busy and successful practice in a range of areas of civil law, with a particular focus on employment, education and public law. She is ranked as ‘up and coming’ in Chambers UK and a ‘rising star’ in the Legal 500, and described as ‘an incredibly capable, strong, and diligent barrister’.
Mathew Gullick KC, who is Head of 3PB’s Public & Regulatory Group and who was a former A Panel member himself before taking silk in 2021, said: “This is great news for Naomi and I'm proud to see a new public and employment law team member be appointed to the Attorney General’s Panel this time around. Her appointment further strengthens 3PB’s established position as a provider of counsel to government bodies at all levels of seniority."
