3PB’s Cannabis and Life Science team continues to establish itself as a leading light in the life science space, with particular expertise in the fast-evolving cannabis/psychedelics sector.
On the cannabis front, the team provides the measured guidance and advice needed by the cross section of businesses and individuals already involved in, or looking to expand into, the UK’s fast growing medicinal cannabis and CBD product markets. In relation to pharmaceuticals and life science regulation, 3PB’s focus is on industry regulation. It’s members offer advice and representations to companies and investors across the industry including, but not limited to, pharmaceuticals, food and drink, healthcare, veterinary, biotech, medtech, medical devices, vaccines. It can offer support from the conception to sale in areas such as:
- Obtaining UK or European Market Authorisation;

- Liability for medical devices
- Regulations concerning marketing and packaging
- Animal testing/issues with the Animals in Science Committee
