Neutrals - Dispute Board Members
Our neutrals act as Dispute Board Members on a wide variety of major international construction projects. Three of our members are on the FIDIC President’s Panel of Adjudicators (Uniquely, 3PB Barristers offer the UK’s s largest group of FDIC Adjudicators anywhere in the world).
Our Dispute Board members are appointed as sole members or as part of a three man tribunal by FIDIC, ICC, RICS, TECBAR, TeCSA, DRBF and CIArb as well as directly chosen by the parties and are available for appointment via Chambers.
In addition our members are appointed to assist the parties avoid disputes on major projects in the UK and around the world such as London 2012 Olympics, Crossrail and various PFI/PPP projects worldwide.
