Intellectual Property Seminar & Drinks - Bristol

The seminar, chaired by experienced Intellectual Property specialist barrister Victoria Jones, will include presentations from members of 3PB's IP team, Nicole Bollard, Faizul Azman and Mark Wilden on the following subjects:

• Nicole Bollard will present “Supermarket Sweep: a roundup of the latest supermarket battles”.
• Faizul Azman discusses “Easy come, easy go: revocation for non-use”.
• Mark Wilden talks about “Getting more: Claiming additional damages in IP claims under the IP (Enforcement etc) Regulations and CDPA s.97”.
