Cheryl Jones, a Barrister and Deputy Insolvency Judge at 3PB, will give a view on the recent rule change on disclosure and share her thoughts on some interesting recent cases.

Grant Thornton's Fred Brown, will consider an expert’s view on the challenges experts face in legal proceedings and how best to address them.

Mark Beaumont from Annecto Legal Funding, will explore third-party Litigation Funding for insolvency claims.
