Family law brunch - via Zoom - 22 March 11am

As the 3PB family law team celebrates 2 years of brunches on Zoom, we very much hope to see you at our next family law brunch, which will take place on Tuesday 22 March at 11am for 1 hour including Q&A. Your hosts this month will be family law specialists Hamish Dunlop and Poonam Bhari.

Hamish Dunlop will present 'Divorce for a Modern Age: The Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020'.
The relevant sections of The Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 come into force on 6th April this year. Its commencement will see an end to what most critics describe as ‘fault based divorce’. The talk will investigate the background to the change and review the new process for obtaining a divorce.

Poonam Bhari will highlight 'some themes, underlying principles and features of the Divorce Dissolution and Separation Act 2020'.
