Expert witnesses and the criminal justice system

3PB Barristers’ criminal and regulatory team brings you an afternoon of legal updates and networking designed for the criminal and regulatory law community.

Focused on expert witnesses in the criminal court, the conference will welcome keynote speaker Dr Richard Shepherd, a forensic pathologist who is the author of several books including Unnatural Causes which spent 18 weeks on the Sunday Times Best Seller list; and The Seven Ages of Death.

Dr Shepherd's theatre tours are immensely popular and as well as being a well-known pathologist and author he is also a Professor and Senior Lecturer, Apiarist and Aviator! His talk promises to be both informative and entertaining.

Several 3PB barristers will complete a line-up of expert speakers with other guests to be announced.

Talks will include case law updates and practical tips on navigating the courts in today’s legal landscape.
