'An update on the 2021 regulations for special administrators and what Judges really dislike!' - by Cheryl Jones - Barrister at 3PB, Deputy Insolvency and Companies Judge in the High Court
Cheryl is an insolvency specialist who sits in the High Court as a Deputy Insolvency and Companies Judge, dealing with both personal and corporate insolvencies and related issues. She also has a strong traditional chancery practice, specialising in cases where there is cross over into the insolvency arena or have unusual or cross-border elements.
'Call of Duty: director's duties and defences in 2023' - by Claire Thompson - Barrister at Enterprise Chambers
Claire has a broad commercial chancery practice with a particular emphasis on insolvency matters (covering all manner of both personal and corporate, directors’ duties and other insolvency processes) and bank recovery proceedings (charges, mortgages, guarantees and indemnities). She is also experienced any matters which involve property and insolvency elements allowing her to draw on her experience and expertise in these other areas.

Mark graduated in 1999 from the University of Manchester with a 2:1 in Economics. After a successful career in business consultancy Mark entered the legal world in 2009 with a focus on legal costs and retainer agreements and is now a regular contributor to publications in both the legal and insolvency sector. Mark provides third party funding guidance to; insolvency practitioners, lawyers, businesses and individuals bring claims.
