3PB's Seminar: the effects of EU Withdrawal for Commercial Lawyers - 26th March London

3PB Barristers' Commercial Group invites you to our evening seminar at The Law Society on Tuesday 26th March.

The UK's impending withdrawal from the European Union on 'exit day' will bring in the most significant legislative change to occur in a generation. Our seminar aims to provide a practical guide to those changes for Commercial practitioners.

3PB's Head of Chambers David Berkley KC, Seb Oram and Max Schofield will explain the effect of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, and illustrate its impact, on each of the following, of the United Kingdom's departure from the European Union:

• VAT: policy & practicalities
