3PB's Intellectual Property Law Seminar - Bristol 25th March

3PB barristers warmly invites you to our annual Intellectual Property update at Hotel du Vin, Bristol at 5.30pm on 25 March 2019.

Victoria Jones and Nicole Bollard will give an update on recent developments in IP, which will be followed by networking over drinks and canapés.

• Victoria Jones: “Recent trade mark decisions and their impact on the future of trade mark applications”: An analysis of the growing body of case law addressing issues concerning the extent of what can be registered ‘as a trade mark’ and the specifications applied to marks.
• Nicole Bollard: “An IPEC update -Practice and procedure”: A review of IPEC decisions from the last 12 months with an emphasis on the thorny issues of damages, jurisdiction and disclosure in the IPEC.
