3PB's 17th Annual London Construction Law Seminar

3PB Barristers' Construction and Engineering Law Group invites you to our Annual London Construction seminar on 10 October.

The seminar, chaired by Stuart Kennedy, will include presentations from Tony Bingham, Peter Collie and Nick Kaplan:

• Peter Collie – "The Role of Experts in Construction Dispute Resolution in 2018" and
• Nick Kaplan – “Grove Developments Ltd v S&T (UK) Ltd [2018] EWHC 123 (TCC)”
