Eleanor Marsh joins 3PB family team
21st November 2022
3PB Barristers (3 Paper Buildings) are delighted to announce today that specialist family barrister Eleanor Marsh, whose busy practice focuses on private law children and financial remedies (including TOLATA) work, has joined 3PB from St Ives Chambers and will practice from 3PB’s offices in Birmingham and Oxford.
Eleanor Marsh (call: 2016), pictured here, already has a strong practice acting on behalf of both parents and children (through their rule 16.4 Guardian) within private law proceedings and regularly acts in cases involving serious allegations of domestic abuse, emotional and physical abuse of a child, and parental alienation; often requiring lengthy and complex fact-finding.
Her strong family finance practice sees Eleanor appearing on behalf of husbands, wives, and interveners in matrimonial finance cases, often instructed on cases involving valuable business assets and overseas properties as well as matters which have involved “add back” arguments and conduct allegations. Eleanor also enjoys advising on and appearing in TOLATA matters, both in court and via written opinion.
Head of 3PB’s 80-strong family team Vanessa Meachin QC said: “I am really pleased that Eleanor is joining us. She will be a great addition to the 3PB Family in Birmingham and Oxford."
If you want to instruct Eleanor on any matter, please email her on [email protected] or contact her clerk, Practice Director [email protected] or call him on 0121 289 4333.
