Danielle Gotts St. Clair joins 3PB's Property and Regulatory teams
29th April 2025

3PB (3 Paper Buildings) is pleased to announce that Danielle Gotts St. Clair has joined its Property and Regulatory teams and will be based from their Birmingham offices.
Danielle has a busy practice in both property and regulatory matters with a strong focus on the cross-over between the two disciplines, from housing (including anti-social behaviour) to police law. She is regularly instructed by local authorities and police services across the Midlands and further afield in a range of civil applications and related appeal hearings in the criminal and county courts.
She is a popular advocate, frequently instructed to advise and represent on possession proceedings, warrant suspensions, injunction applications, disrepair claims and matters involving disputes around tenancy deposit protection as well as a variety of protective and prohibitive orders such as Sexual Risk Orders, Closure Orders and Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions and HMO licensing issues.
Danielle also has a growing practice in real property and land, and regulatory cases involving food safety, POCA, animal welfare, abatement notices and proceedings relating to firearms licensing.
Matthew Cannings, head of 3PB’s Property and Estates team said: ““Many congratulations to Dani. She is an excellent addition to 3PB teams, further enhancing our offering in the Midlands and beyond. We are delighted to welcome Dani to chambers and our teams.”
