The Tribunals
Late last week, and following the announcement of a third national lockdown, the Presidents of the Employment Tribunals in England and Wales and Scotland confirmed that practitioners should assume for the time being that any hearing currently scheduled to be in person or by hybrid (in person/CVP) will take place as planned unless the parties hear from the relevant regional office. However, the message stressed that the aim would be for physical attendance to be the exception and only where necessary in the interests of justice.
