Danielle Gotts St. Clair regularly offers advice and representation in both private and social housing possession claims of all kinds, including section 21 and rental arrears claims.
She represents both landlords and tenants, handling preliminary hearings and trials, particularly in cases involving allegations of anti-social behaviour or those which involve complex technical defences.
Danielle's practice includes dealing with committal proceedings for contempt of court, relating to breaches of ASB injunctions and other orders under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Danielle is available for instruction for court advocacy, as well as to provide legal advice and to draft written pleadings. She has extensive experience acting on behalf of the Police and Local Authorities in application hearings and breach proceedings relating to various forms of anti-social behaviour.
