Overview

Anthony Miller is a pupil barrister who started his twelve-month pupillage with 3PB in April 2024. His pupillage will be mostly civil and commercial with a focus on contractual and property matters, alongside developing his expertise in divorce and financial remedy disputes and media law.

Having come to law later in life, Anthony graduated with a first class law degree, and has qualified as an accredited civil and commercial mediator. A Lord Denning Scholar of Lincolns Inn, Anthony has lectured across the LLB, LLM, and SQE programmes.

Anthony is a well known broadcaster who launched the UK’s first ‘gay wedding planning’ company. This London-based business was an instant success and Anthony was called upon by the media to discuss and advise on the then new civil unions. He was listed among Q40 magazine’s "40 over 40", alongside Lord Waheed Alli, Sir Ian McKellen CH CBE and Tim Cook.

Anthony recorded his first TV series with BBC1 and RTE, which was followed by Sky TV's Wedding TV. He is a well-known face and contributor on BBC1 Northern Ireland and BBC Radio Ulster. His work in the media has shown he has a natural affinity with people and a great aptitude for interviewing.

In addition to his busy media career and legal studies, Anthony was invited to be a ‘celebrity ambassador’ for the "Unite Against Hate" Campaign; a multi-agency campaign initiated by the Office of the First and Deputy First Minister in Northern Ireland.

He has given a TEDx Stormont talk, at the home of government in Northern Ireland. His talk #goodenough for me was so popular, it was used by Stormont in their New Years' 2023 Motivational message.
