Andrew Duncan appears before the President of the Family Division in Fact Find Hearing

3PB family barrister Andrew Duncan (pictured here), representing the children, appeared before the President of the Family Division in Re D & R (Children) (Fact Finding; Certain and Uncertain Perpetrator) [2023] EWFC 305, which was a non-accidental injury fact find where the court entered findings of both certain perpetrator and uncertain perpetrators. Of note, the parents text messages demonstrated a high degree of collusion and, as a result, the significant degree in which both parents failed to protect these two very young children from significant harm.
