Marc Brittain adds further strength to 3PB's Chancery and commercial litigation expertise

3PB are delighted to welcome Marc Brittain, formerly of 1 Gray's Inn Square, as a new member of chambers, to advise clients in a broad range of Chancery and commercial litigation matters.
Marc has substantial experience in both litigation and advisory work and his practice covers general contractual disputes, insolvency (both company and individual), company related disputes (including fraudulent/wrongful trading and breach of director’s duties), property and land registration matters. He also advises lenders on short-term bridging lenders and mortgage/civil fraud related disputes.
3PB offers a full service capability to clients across a number of legal practice areas and Marc adds further weight and expertise to our teams here.
