Stephen Wildblood KC and Aimee Fox to speak at Resolution’s National Conference

3PB’s Stephen Wildblood KC and Aimee Fox will be speaking at Resolution’s National Conference, taking place on Saturday, 17 May 2025.
This conference is an opportunity to connect, collaborate and gain fresh insights into the evolving landscape of family law. Designed by members, for members, this event brings together expert speakers, practical sessions, and invaluable networking opportunities.
There will be a choice of 15 workshops covering topics such as navigating toxicity, the importance of neuroscience in client meetings, and tax tips and traps.
Specialist family barrister Stephen Wildblood KC will deliver Workshop G. He has directed a play titled ‘Daisy through the looking glass’. The play is about a father losing contact with his daughter, Daisy. It raises a spectrum of issues that arise in private law proceedings. After the play (40 minutes) the actors stay in role and answer questions from the audience. The performance of the play is sponsored by 3PB.
Aimee Fox will be delivering workshop I and will be speaking on ‘Additional needs and the impact on family proceedings. This workshop will cover i) the impact of a child's additional needs and/or disability on the outcome of proceedings (including financial remedy proceedings), ii) types of evidence which may assist the court to understand additional needs and disability - where to find it and how to use it, iii) Education Health & Care Plans (EHCP) and their role in family court, iv) supporting neurodivergent clients in court and adapting typical working practices to ensure clients' needs are met,
