Specialist Employment and Education law barristers Alex Leonhardt and Naomi Webber will speak about the recent Court of Appeal judgment in Higgs v Farmor’s School, which focuses on expressions of religious and philosophical beliefs by employees in and out of the workplace.
Naomi and Alex will analyse the legal implications of the judgment, including how direct discrimination interrelates with human rights, and provide guidance for those involved in these sensitive and difficult cases.
