Three 3PB barristers appointed as Grade A Panel Counsel on new List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates
21st January 2025
Three of 3PB's specialist regulatory barristers - the team's co-head Tom Horder, Nick Cotter and Jonathan Underhill (pictured here, right to left) - have all been appointed, by the Regulatory Board that operates a Panel Counsel list on behalf of the Attorney General, to the List of Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law at Grade A.
The Regulatory Board comprises the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency, Office of Rail and Road, Natural Resources Wales, the Care Quality Commission and the Office for Product Safety and Standards. Appointed counsel advises on, and conducts, prosecution and enforcement on a range of complex health and safety and environmental law issues.
The list last opened for applications in 2019.
Chambers warmly congratulates Tom, Nick and Jonathan. If you wish to contact or instruct any of them, or see about their availability, please email their clerk, Chambers Director Stuart Pringle, on [email protected] or telephone him on 01962 868 884.
