3PB Inaugural Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Conference
3PB is pleased to announce its inaugural Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Conference, taking place this October in Southampton.
Join us for the free full-day event, beginning with registration with coffee and pastries at 9:30am. The day will include an extensive programme of presentations with Q&A opportunities. Lunch will be served and the day will conclude with a drinks reception.
There will be a range of presentations from the 3PB Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team during the day, covering topics of interest to both claimant and defendant practitioners. These include an update on Liability from Sharan Sanghera and David Kemeny and an update on Quantum from Henrietta Hughes and Jonathan Gaydon. There will also be a broad selection of presentations, with Tom Webb speaking on Fundamental Dishonesty, Richard Wheeler discussing Vulnerable Witnesses and Duncan McNair presenting a session on Material Contribution and Causation. 3PB's Mathew Gullick KC will be chairing the event.
