Topics
The seminar, chaired by Head of Group Peter Collie, will include presentations from Rowan Planterose, James Davison and Nick Kaplan on the following topics:
- Rowan Planterose will consider "Adjudication: An adjudicator’s perspective."
- James Davison will review “The Use and Abuse of Expert Witness Evidence: how the policies underlying the rules for the courts receiving expert evidence are being applied.”
- Nick Kaplan will present "Tying loose ends: how the law has developed since Grove v S&T."
