Following the lifting of Covid restrictions, we are delighted to welcome you back, in-person, to our Construction and Engineering Law Group's Annual seminar.

Topics

The seminar, chaired by Head of Group Peter Collie, will include presentations from Rowan Planterose, James Davison and Nick Kaplan on the following topics:

• Rowan Planterose will consider "Adjudication: An adjudicator’s perspective."
• James Davison will review “The Use and Abuse of Expert Witness Evidence: how the policies underlying the rules for the courts receiving expert evidence are being applied.”
• Nick Kaplan will present "Tying loose ends: how the law has developed since Grove v S&T."
