3PB barristers Nicholas Leviseur and Daniel Brown were joined by Carl Johnson, Partner and Head of the Regulatory Department of Stephensons Solicitors, this week to present a webinar on professional discipline during Covid-19.
Nicholas spoke about The Health Protection ( Coronavirus Restrictions) ( England) Regulations 2020 - the legislative framework which has permitted the British government to place everyone in England under house arrest, to shut businesses and to close places of public entertainment.
Carl talked about the opportunities for regulated professionals while Daniel focused on the regulatory risks for healthcare professionals.
