3PB’s Employment and Discrimination Group achieves 6 new rankings in the Legal 500 2025 edition

3PB barristers in its Employment and Discrimination team have cause for celebration as they are confirmed as a top tier team in the Western and South Eastern Circuits in the latest Legal 500 edition.

Praised by clients as “‘an excellent set’ with an employment team ‘packed full of top-tier barristers’ and an excellent track record for advising across the full spectrum of employment law matters”, 3PB is regarded as “‘a chambers with a wide skill set and many highly-skilled barristers’, advising on the full spectrum of employment law, including unfair dismissal cases, TUPE transfers, redundancy, unlawful deductions from pay and trade union disputes.”

The team now has 16 of its 25 juniors ranked in the publication, totalling a record 28 individual rankings across the South Eastern, Western, London and Midlands Circuits.

The team remains top tier in Western with 11 individual rankings (+2 compared with 2024) and top tier in South Eastern with six rankings (+1). In London, eight 3PB barristers are now acknowledged for their expertise in employment law (+2). The group’s work in the Midlands is also rewarded with an additional ranking, now totalling three.
