Danielle Gotts St. Clair judges International Women’s Day competition at Nottingham Law School
Friday 7 March saw 3PB sponsor the annual Mooting Competition organised by Nottingham Law School's Mooters' Guild to celebrate International Women’s Day. The moot saw students debate whether public nuisance was committed during a women’s rights protest, and whether a defence was available in respect of an offence of criminal damage.
