3PB adds new recruit to its Personal Injury practice

3PB is delighted to further strengthen its expanding Personal Injury team with the addition of Eloise TurnnidgeEloise TurnnidgeCall: 2015.

Eloise represents both Claimants and Defendants, regularly appearing at trials and interim application hearings. She advises on all aspects of litigation, including liability, quantum, indemnity and strategy.

Prior to joining the Bar, Eloise worked in the employers and public liability team of a major Defendant firm, where she gained a depth of experience and an interest in claims involving fundamental dishonesty.

As well as substantial experience of high value claims often involving complex causation, quantum issues and handling multi-disciplinary expert evidence, Eloise has also represented numerous clients in employers’ and public liability cases, including Highways Act matters, road traffic accidents and holiday illness claims.

Well known for her tenacious and forensic approach, she is a great addition to our team.
