3PB, CIArb, SCMA and AWBCM present the 3rd Annual Cardiff University ADR Symposium

The focus of this event is to explore some of the different issues surrounding mediation and to share ideas and approaches with litigators, mediators, claims consultants and business leaders in both the private and public sectors.
Following registration and coffee at 13.30 hours, speakers will include HHJ Keyser QC (senior resident TCC judge in Cardiff), Andrew Goodman of the SCMA, Stuart Kennedy and Paul Newman of 3PB barristers and Lise Seager of the Association of Wales & Border Counties Mediators.
Topics to be covered include –
- What makes an effective mediation advocate?
- Do mediations have to last all day?
- Mediator selection, what do people look for?
- Using early neutral evaluation (ENV), a different approach
