Emma Harman joins Circuit Bench
3PB are delighted to announce that one of its 90-strong specialist family barristers, Emma Harman, has been appointed to the Circuit Bench. Her Honour Judge (HHJ) Harman will sit in Portsmouth and Southampton Courts, hearing Family cases.
