Our team of specialists work closely with the Asset Forfeiture Group and comprises barristers who have experience in dealing with all aspects of police law, ranging from malicious prosecution to personal injury claims, judicial review, anti-social behaviour and sex offender orders, employment law (including pensions), police discipline and advisory work (both proactive and reactive), including inter-agency matters.

Nick Robinson has experience of defending Police Officers in actions brought against them, including a recent case where a serving officer was charged with careless driving having fallen asleep at the wheel of his police car whilst on duty.

Sunyana Sharma successfully defended a Police dog handler charged with a serious case of mistreatment of his trainee dog, which received nationwide coverage.

Chambers’ large geographical spread enables us to offer a comprehensive service to both Claimant and Defendant legal advisers, and in recognition of the operational needs of police forces we are happy to organize conferences at convenient locations.
