What we offer
Our members are leading exponents of ADR both in the UK and internationally. They regularly act as sole arbitrators or members of panels; being appointed by party agreement or by bodies such as the ICC, LCIA, FIDIC, RICS, RIBA and CIArb. We can provide a sole arbitrator or dispute board member or a complete panel of three members. Members of the group also act as adjudicators and mediators. The group offers lectures and seminars and several of the members regularly publish articles.
- Dispute Boards
The many advantages of ADR include saving the potentially high cost of litigation and preserving existing commercial relationships.
Our members adopt a constructive and positive attitude to resolving disputes using your chosen method of ADR.
Our experienced ADR Director will suggest the most appropriate and experienced neutral barrister for your dispute, whether it’s arbitration, adjudication, dispute board, mediation or ENE. If you are unsure which form of ADR would suit your situation, we would be pleased to advise you.
